- Booking and Confirmation: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or in person. A confirmed appointment is required to guarantee service.
- Deposit: A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and applied toward the total cost of the service.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate schedule adjustments. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible and ready for service upon arrival. If the vehicle is in an extremely dirty or damaged condition, additional charges may apply.
- Personal Belongings: Xcellence Auto Spa is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle. We advise you to remove all valuable items before the service.
6. Liability
- Damage During Service: While we take great care in providing our services, Xcellence Auto Spa is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint issues. We will not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising during the performance of services.
- Service Guarantee: We strive to provide top-quality service, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for services like stain removal, paint correction, or ceramic coatings. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and other factors.
